The date on my certificate is incorrect.

First, reach out to us at academy@foodallergy.org and include your full name, the course title, and the email you use to login to your account. Then, your certificate will be reset. Once it's been reset, you may go back to the certificate and re-enter the correct date on your certificate.

How do I download and print my certificate?

First, look for the download icon (see below image) at the top of your browser screen. It looks like an arrow pointing down into a folder. If you hover your curser over it, it will say downloads. Click on that folder and it will show you all your downloads. Choose the correct file, then double click it. It will open it up in the correct program to print and save.

I completed a course, but never received my certificate.

If this pertains to our STOP. LOOK. ASK. GO: Early Childhood Training: Make sure you have followed all instructions on the post-course evaluation for CEU's through Northwestern/Qualtrics to receive the appropriate certificate. FARE does not distribute the CEU certificates.

For any FARECheck training-specific certificate, please see our FARECheck tab for any issues.

If this has to do with a CDR certificate, please reach out to tleon@foodallergy.org and indicate which course you took with your full name.

I'm having trouble finding a specific course.

We have our courses set up so you can search them in a variety of ways (see the tabs below). One of the ways to search is by 'audience'. If you click on the 'audience' drop-down button, you will see several to choose from. This list includes school staff, healthcare providers, food service, and many others. You can also type any keyword into the search bar if you aren't sure of the full name. This will bring up any course that contains that keyword in it.

I completed a course prior to December 2023 and I don't see it in my transcript.

We moved to a new Learning Management System (LMS) in 2024, and some of our older courses were archived. We have replaced those outdated courses with an updated version. However, please note that some recorded webinars were completely removed as we have introduced new monthly content to our course catalog.

If I'm unable to attend the live airing will the webinar be recorded?

Yes! All webinars are recorded for our learners to access at a later time. They will be available to view on the Food Allergy Academy within 24 hours of the live airing, because we edit them for clarity.

I wasn't able to grab the post-course survey link during the webinar, where can I find it?

Not to worry! We have a link to our post-course survey directly on the Food Allergy Academy, within every one of our trainings. Simply go to the course you wish to review and click on the post-course evaluation link. See the example course layout below.

I did not pass the post-course exam. What do I do now?

If you took one of our FARECheck exams and did not receive a passing score, please reach out to Tiffany Leon, our Asst. Director of Training Programs, at tleon@foodallergy.org to receive further instructions.

Where can I sign up for the next Pediatric Food Allergy training?

You can join our waitlist and be notified as soon as enrollment begins on our website, located here: Pediatric Food Allergy Training

Our FARE website also provides all the details for the training, including the class format, course curriculum, eligibility, CPE's awarded, and instructor bio's for Carina Venter, PhD, RD, and Marion Groetch, RDN, MS. We also provide a list of alumni of this course for those that may be interested.

We do have a class size limit each year, and the course does fill up quickly. Our first live session occurs at the end of September, annually. So keep an eye out for emails from FARE! If you have any further questions, you can reach our Asst. Director of Training Programs, Tiffany Leon, at tleon@foodallergy.org
