What's New in Food Allergy and What Does It Mean for Us?

This is an exciting time with a new therapy that has been FDA approved, new devices that are getting closer to FDA approval, new approaches to treatment in the pipeline and new ways to think about anaphylaxis management. The timing could not be better as the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI) recently held their annual meeting in Washington DC. Join us for this hour-long webinar, during which FARE's Senior Director of Education and Support Programs, Dr. Kelly Cleary, will talk to Dr. Michael Pistiner, an allergist/immunologist, and Director of Food Allergy Advocacy, Education and Prevention for Mass General for Children, Food Allergy Center. They will discuss the allergist's take on these new developments and explore how this may impact our food allergy community. You can learn about what's new, what’s coming and the questions you should ask your allergist!

Original Air Date: Thursday, March 28, 2024

This event is supported by Genentech.
