Food Allergy Orientation: A crash course in food allergy accommodations

The presenters will define food allergies and general food allergy accommodations legally required in higher education. They will highlight the importance of cross-campus collaboration, including campus dining operators, to best serve students with food allergies by comprehending the needs of the whole student when planning accommodations.

The CPE activity application for the Food Allergy Orientation Workshop is pending CDR review and approval for 1 CPEU.

She is a food allergy parent, and has practiced law and worked in various roles at colleges and universities of all sizes
