Food Allergy Fundamentals: The Complete Curriculum

This comprehensive food allergy management curriculum for healthcare providers aims to reduce disparities in healthcare access by providing a roadmap for the optimal care of patients with food allergies. Each of the 27 modules take about 30 minutes to complete. It covers everything from food allergy diagnostics and management to food allergy prevention and therapeutics. 

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma &Immunology (AAAAI) and Food Allergy Research and Education. The AAAAI is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.  The American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology designates this enduring material for a maximum number of 14.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
