Food Allergy Fundamentals: Classification & Diagnostics

Take this course to learn about IgE-mediated food allergies, Non-IgE-mediated food allergies, non-immune-mediated adverse food reactions and best practices for diagnosing these varied conditions. Each chapter varies in length between 30-60 minutes. This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma &Immunology (AAAAI) and Food Allergy Research and Education.
The AAAAI is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology designates this enduring material for a maximum number of 5.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
