Participants will learn how to evaluate nutritional needs, growth trajectories, and co‑existing atopic conditions to select the most appropriate feeding strategy, while prioritizing both symptom resolution and optimal infant development.

Raquel Durban,MS, RD, LDN is a clinician at heart. As a registered dietitian, she has the privilege of walking alongside those with food allergies by providing the "how to" for the "what now?."
Additionally, Raquel values her role in academia by contributing to continuing medical education programs, peer reviewed publications and clinical research.
Raquel is the chair of the Allied Health committee and a member of the Education Council for the American College and American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (ACAAI). She also serves on two committees for the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. As a medical advisor, she volunteers her expertise to IgE, Non-IgE and food insecurity non-profits. Every opportunity to counsel and educate is viewed with honor and compassion. From these experiences, she brings a breadth of knowledge to support her patients, colleagues and community.
