FARECheck PLATINUM
To be eligible for FARECheck PLATINUM, Institutions must prove:
- They have trained 90% or more of their food service staff using ANAB accredited training
- They have trained 90% or more of their food service staff using ANAB accredited training
- They conduct a monthly on-site audit (or annual on-site audit by 3rd party)
- They have documented a food allergy management policy
- They offer menu transparency on their menus (printed or online/digital)
- They are trained in emergency response and/or offer stock-epinephrin
