FARECheck K-12

FARECheck K-12 is a course for food service professionals working in a restaurant setting. This comprehensive course covers all the food allergy basics, including why this matters, facts and stats, recognizing and responding to a reaction, disclosing accurate ingredients, reducing the risk for cross-contact and communicating with your diners.

Course Layout

NOTE: The exam is not timed, however, if you navigate away from it after launching it, progress will not be saved and you will forfeit this attempt. The exam is estimated to take around 30 minutes to complete. No cheating! Do not duplicate the questions in any way including, but not limited to, taking a photo of the screen or copying the questions on paper. You are not permitted to use a search engine during the assessment. If you are found cheating in any way, you will be prohibited from taking the exam for one year.

You may attempt the exam up to two times. If you do not successfully pass the exam on the first attempt, you must email farecheck@foodallergy.org to request access to a second attempt within 10 days.
